What does the ordering process for custom pins, badges, or promotional keychains look like?
The ordering process for our promotional products – such as badges, pins, keychains, or magnets – is simple and transparent.
All you need to do is send us your idea or a ready-made design in JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI format. Based on this, we will prepare a free product visualisation, which you can approve or request changes to before production begins. Once the design is approved, we will send you an order confirmation including the production timeline and detailed specifications.
What is the minimum order quantity for badges, keychains, and magnets?
The minimum order quantity is 30 pieces – this applies to all our products: pins, magnets, and promotional keychains. For larger orders, we offer attractive bulk discounts. This applies to all of our products.
What is the production time?
The standard production time is approximately 18 business days from the approval of the design.
For urgent orders, it is possible to arrange a custom timeline.
Can I receive free product samples?
Yes! You can receive a free sample set of our products – badges, promotional keychains, and logo magnets. It’s a great way to see the quality, different techniques, and finishes before placing your order.
Is there a fee for creating the design?
No, creating a product visualisation is completely free. Simply send us your logo, sketch, or idea – our design team will prepare the technical design and adapt it to the chosen product format.
What types of fasteners can I choose from?
We offer two main types of fasteners:
Classic pin back
Magnet back – perfect when you don’t want to pierce your clothing.
The choice depends on the intended use of the product – we’re happy to advise on the best option.
What materials are your products made from?
All our products are made from high-quality zinc alloy. Pins are available with soft or hard enamel (your choice). We can also create badges and keychains with resin, antique metal, gold-plated, or nickel-plated finishes. Each design is tailored individually to match the brand’s character and the intended use of the product.
Do you offer engraving or personalization options?
Yes, we can create laser engraving, UV printing, or embossing – with a logo, name, number, or personal text. This is an excellent option for limited-edition keychains, magnets, and custom badges, as well as corporate products for employees and clients.
Can I order several different designs in a single order?
Yes, it is possible to order multiple design variations within a single production run – especially for event orders, collectible items, or for different company branches.
Do you keep the dies/molds for reorders?
Yes, we keep each die for 5 years, which means you can reorder the same design multiple times during this period without paying for the die again. The fee is charged only for the first order.
What packaging options are available?
We offer a wide range of packaging options:

Yes, it is possible to create a single prototype or production sample before placing a full order. This is an ideal solution for new designs or unusual shapes.

Do you accept orders from international clients?
Yes, HappyPins works with companies and organizations across Europe. We provide full service in English, issue international invoices, and ship to most EU countries.
How can I get a quote?
Just send us a brief description of your project: the type of product, quantity, approximate size, and desired delivery date. We will respond with a quote within one business day. Each order is priced individually to match the technique and materials to your budget and needs.
