The ordering process for our promotional products – such as badges, pins, keychains, or magnets – is simple and transparent.

All you need to do is send us your idea or a ready-made design in JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI format. Based on this, we will prepare a free product visualisation, which you can approve or request changes to before production begins. Once the design is approved, we will send you an order confirmation including the production timeline and detailed specifications.

The minimum order quantity is 30 pieces – this applies to all our products: pins, magnets, and promotional keychains. For larger orders, we offer attractive bulk discounts. This applies to all of our products.

The standard production time is approximately 18 business days from the approval of the design.
For urgent orders, it is possible to arrange a custom timeline.

Yes! You can receive a free sample set of our products – badges, promotional keychains, and logo magnets. It’s a great way to see the quality, different techniques, and finishes before placing your order.

No, creating a product visualisation is completely free. Simply send us your logo, sketch, or idea – our design team will prepare the technical design and adapt it to the chosen product format.

All our products are made from high-quality zinc alloy. Pins are available with soft or hard enamel (your choice). We can also create badges and keychains with resin, antique metal, gold-plated, or nickel-plated finishes. Yes, it is possible to order multiple design variations within a single production run – especially for event orders, collectible items, or for different company branches.

Yes, we keep each die for 5 years, which means you can reorder the same design multiple times during this period without paying for the die again. The fee is charged only for the first order.
